Aqua Blasting

The first stage of the process is to high pressure clean at a minimum of 3000psi.

Tile Replacement

All broken tiles are replaced. 

Rebedding

The roof is assessed after cleaning and loose ridge cappings are rebedded as necessary.

Repointing

The entire roof is repointed using Flexi-point.

Sealing

Primer
A primer is used to penetrate and bind oxidised tile surfaces prior to water proof colour coating. This application is implemented when the home is normally under 25 years of age.

Sealer
A sealer is 100% pure acrylic coating designed to seal medium porous concrete tiles prior to waterproof colour coating. More commonly used than the primer, this sealer is used on homes older than 25 years and up to 40 years of age.

Maxiseal
A high solids acrylic co-polymercoating designed to seal old and pitted concrete roof tiles prior to waterproof colour coating.

Waterproof Colouring

This is the most important part of the whole process. Once the appropriate sealer coat has been applied the custom made colour coats are applied in your desired colour. Two coats are sprayed on at 3m2 per litre.
